The article describes the features of a combined cutting-deforming machine processing of long-measuring non-rigid shafts with self-feeding by rollers, when cutting part located between them. There is gives analysis and identification of the causes of inconsistency of the work of the components of the plant for combined cutting-deforming with self-feeding by rollers. There are suggests ways to improve the design of the instrument by changing the kinematics of the drive and the size of work parts of rollers on the basis of the solution problem of the equality velocities which transmitted to the work piece by means of rollers. For pro-posed methods was identify mathematical relationships allow you to define the variable design parameters. Numerical analysis of the obtained dependences shows that the preferred way to improve the design tool is the use of deforming rollers made kits of various diameters for rollers located before and after the cutting part.
