Leather coating for leather surface delustering, preparation method and delustering method thereof

The invention relates to a leather coating for leather surface delustering, a preparation method and a delustering method of the leather coating. A delustering coating combination disclosed by the invention comprises the following compositions in percentage by mass: 40-60% of polyurethane (PU), 2-3% of delustering powder AZ-204, 2-3% of delustering powder FM-14, 0-0.5% of paraffin, 15-25% of ethyl acetate, 20-30% of toluene, 10-15% of butanone, and 0-1% of a silane coupling agent. The delustering rate of the coating prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention to the surface delustering of black leathers can be up to 77.9% (measuring angle: 85). After the coating prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention carries out delustering on black leathers, the black leathers are delicate in handfeel, obvious in fog feeling and good in honed property, has no bright spot or bright speck under light illumination; and after a sharp instrument protrudes from the back face of a leather, no bright spot or bright speck occurs. The coating prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention has small damages to leathers, and original disable defects of leathers can be repaired.
