Suicide is a phenomenon that has been present in society since the beginning of humanity. However, during the last decade, this subject has become more evident and present in society. In recent years, young people are the ones who fight against their life the most, since they have emotional and psychological instability in a greater degree when handling with life changes throughout this life stage, besides, being susceptible to external influences may lead them to putting an end to their own lives.  Currently, it is estimated that every forty seconds a death caused by suicide occurs and every three seconds there is a suicide attempt, it means about seven percent of the worldwide population is vulnerable to grief cause by a suicide. In light of this, the focus of this research is to clarify the psychological, emotional and physical aspects which are manifested when the individual find itself in the grief process for the loss of a beloved one by suicide, fulfilling a basic bibliographical reference to the current survey. It is determined that to go through the grief process in a healthy way, it is important to look for means of support. It may vary within support groups for survivors as well as psychological supervision by a professional. Implying that the sooner the reach for help happens, the more efficient will the post-intervention methods be and the chances of the survivor developing a troubling and disturbing grief will be lower, which may entail a deep depression or even a subsequent suicide.
