银胶菊(Parthenium hysterophorus)中抗TMV活性成分的分离及活性测定
2008
The constituent of anti-virus activity was isolated from Parthenium hysterophorus by bioassay. The compound was identified as parthenolide through MS and NMR technique. The activity of the compound against Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) was investigated. The result indicated that parthenolide showed significant inhibition on TMV in vitro, with 69.0% inhibition for being incubated with TMV and 72.1% inhibition for leaf dipping in 0.2 mg/mL concentration solution, respectively. For replication of TMV in tobacco leaf discs, parthenolide showed good inhibition too, with 72.3% inhibition while it was used at 0.2 mg/mL.
