Determination of trace lead in herbal gentianopsis paludosa by microwave digestion-hydride generation-ICP-AES

A microwave digestion-continuous flow hydride generation-ICP-AES method was proposed for the determination of Pb in Gentianopsis paludosa.The experimental conditions of microwave digestion-hydride generation were optimized.The detection limit of the method is 0.68 μg/L and the RSD is 1.1%.The recoveries obtained were 98.9%～99.8%.
