Single-screw compressor with chain type star wheel

A single-screw compressor with a chain type star wheel comprises an air cylinder, a screw and the chain type star wheel. The air cylinder is provided with a barrel-shaped cylinder body, and an air intake cover plate and an air exhaust cover plate are arranged at the two ends of the cylinder body respectively. The air intake cover plate is provided with an air suction opening. The air exhaust cover plate is provided with an air exhaust opening. The air intake cover plate and the air exhaust cover plate are each provided with a shaft hole. The screw is provided with a screw shaft, spiral teeth and spiral grooves. The chain type star wheel comprises a chain, chain wheels and star wheel teeth. The chain wheels are matched with the chain in an embedded mode. The star wheel teeth are mounted outside the chain wheels. The appearances of the star wheel teeth are matched with those of the spiral grooves. Star wheel tooth holes are formed in the air intake cover plate and the air exhaust cover plate respectively. The star wheel teeth are in clearance fit with the star wheel tooth holes. The single-screw compressor with the chain type star wheel has the characteristics of being simple in component structure, convenient to manufacture and low in machining cost, and suitable for compression of various gases.
