As the precise bender has been produced, the errors of the tip travel of the Bourdon tube have become less than O.04% by using it when the working is done under the most suitable conditions. In this paper, the relation between the errors of the tip travel and the response velocity, the errors of the shape, the fatigue under varied pressure are described, and the most suitable conditions to manufacture the precise Bourdon tube whose errors of tip travel are less than O.04% are demonstrated. The most suitable conditions are as follows: 1) The parallelisms of each roller is less than 1/1000 mm. 2) The errors of roundness of the rollers are less than 1/1000 mm. 3) The variations of torque are less than 0.5%, and 4) the velocity ratio of two driving rollers is 0.84.
