The application of module production team in semiconductor test line

In this paper,taking a certain semiconductor test line as the research object,applying the theory of Gemba Kaizen and PDCA Cycle to optimize the semiconductor test line.Firstly,analyzed the Human-Machine Matching,Time Utilization ratio,Work Loading and Organization Chart,and then put forward module production team.Through these,the productivity was increased by 20.3%.
