Design and Realization of the Framework of Urban and Rural Public Traffic Information System

Based on the analysis of the significance to build the Urban and Rural Public Traffic Information System(URPTIS) based on GIS,this paper plans and designs the framework,functional structure through researches on urban and rural public traffic business demands and presents the technology scheme of the system framework after introducing related technologies such as GIS secondary development,ArcGIS,etc.
