ATSE Controller Based on AVR High Speed Embedded Single Chip Microcomputer

The ATSE controller based on AVR embedded single chip was designed.The hardware circuit and software design of the controller were expounded.The principle of the controller measuring AC parameters was analyzed.The controller has passed the EMC tests,and achieved good effect in practical applications.
