High magnetic field effects on electron-bound hole recombination in InSb

1993
Abstract The recombination rate between conduction electrons and holes bound to acceptors has been measured in InSb as a function of magnetic field (up to 9 T) at liquid-helium temperature. The abrupt and slow decreases of the recombination rate are observed in low and high magnetic fields, respectively.
