Achievement in the Legislation of Building Energy Saving in China and Reference of Roreign Legislation Experience

This paper introduces the main laws and regulations of energy saving in our country,summarizes its achievements of our country in this field,illustrates the main characteristics of energy saving legislations in developed countries,and then points out the gaps between our country and developed countries.Finally,proposes some suggestions on utilizing foreign experiences to advance the development of energy saving in our country.
