Evaluation of the effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot on upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke

2021
Stroke is the most common neurological disease in the world, and it has attracted more and more attention because of its high fatality rate and high disability rate. Muscle dysfunction after stroke is mostly thought to be related to the following reasons: lack of innervated neurons, reduction of functional motor units, changes in the nature of residual motor units, and abnormal muscle activity in space and time. In order to improve the training effect of rehabilitation robots, it is planned to explore the factors that affect the efficacy of upper limb rehabilitation machines. Clinical studies have confirmed that assisted rehabilitation robots have good rehabilitation effects on upper limb dysfunction of patients with stroke (within 5 years of onset).
