Milli-fire Needle Therapy Clinical Observation of Herpes Zoster

[Objective] observe fire needle treatment of herpes zoster treatment.[ Methods] Using randomized controlled method,66 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into three groups randomly.EA thorn prick around 22 cases noted in nerve segment and neural stem direction / pain points / sores healed scars,pigmentation point needle prick around thorn,limited number of stitches,needle body and the skin into 15 °,penetrate an inch deep,get gas after nerve segment and neural stem toward two needles for a group of power,density wave,power 30min.Treatment group 22 cases of vitamin B,tramadol,ibuprofen,3 times / d.Fire needle 22 cases fire needle,take pain points,herpes healing scar and Jiaji,partially coated Wan flower oil,1 inch fire needle burning white light,on the risk of the scar distribution ganglion spinal side Jiaji,piercing an inch;looking pain points,unlimited number of half an inch posterior oblique burning white hot needle piercing needle,depth 5mm;needle 15min,bleeding may squeeze a few drops and then press the bleeding,apply a million flowers oil.5d is a continuous course of treatment.Observations pain,sleep efficacy,analgesic prescription,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[ Results] pain,sleep efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).After treatment,prescription analgesic treatment group than the control group(P 0.05)[.Conclusion] milli-fire needle treatment of herpes zoster effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
