Research on Return and Impact Travel of the Hydraulic Impactor

According to the working principle of nitrogen inflating hydraulic impactor,the dynamic equation of piston about return and impact travel was established.Using General Purpose storehouse of EASY5 and Simulink dynamic simulation software package of MATLAB,the simulation research on the return travel process and impact travel process of hydraulic impactor was conducted separately.The two simulation results are consistent,which indicates the piston acceleration,speed and displacement,the nitrogen chamber pressure,the system hydraulic pressure have relations with fuel supply quantity in return travel process;but the impact travel isn't almost influenced by fuel supply quantity.
