PERSEPSI GURU BAHASA TAMIL TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PROGRAM PEMBELAJARAN FLIP

2021
This study aims to identify the acceptance of the flipped learning program for Tamil subjects at the Primary School. This study was conducted on the Tamil language teachers of Sekolah Kebangsaan (BTSK), especially the teachers who teach year 3 classes. The selected respondents covered all BTSK Selangor teachers only. This is because the distribution of Tamil teachers in National schools is very limited and has only been expanded in stages according to the State. This study is a quantitative method and data were collected through questionnaires distributed together with the daily lesson plan (RPH). Teachers conducted RPH for 2 weeks based on the flipped learning program and responded through questionnaire instrument. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) was used in this study to determine the extent of teachers’ acceptance of the flipped learning program. The findings of the study show that the flipped learning program is positively accepted and shows an increase in interest among year 3 students of various races. Similarly, the involvement of students in learning sessions is more encouraging and shows the attendance of students to Tamil language classes is increasing.
