Electric pneumatic control device for gas chromatographs

2011
The utility model belongs to the technical field of gas chromatographs, and particularly relates to an electric pneumatic control device for gas chromatographs. The electric pneumatic control device for the gas chromatographs is characterized in that a proportional solenoid valve, a pressure sensor and a flow sensor are sequentially connected in series by using a conduit so as to form a gas flow control unit (air is fed into the gas flow control unit from one end of the gas flow control unit and discharged from the other end of the gas flow control unit), more than two gas flow control units form a gas flow control device for the gas chromatographs, a CPU (central processing unit) master control board respectively receives pressure and flow signals which are fed back from the pressure sensor and flow sensor of each gas flow control unit, and respectively controls the proportional solenoid valve of each gas flow control unit after the received pressure and flow signals are compared with preset values, so that the pressure and flow of gas in the conduit accord with the preset values. The electric pneumatic control device disclosed by the utility model is suitable for various gas chromatographs, safe in operation, high in work efficiency, low in operating cost, high in accuracy, strong in flexibility, and capable of realizing automation and digitization.
