Method and system for managing 3G access terminal based on real-time geographic information

The invention discloses a method for managing a 3G access terminal based on real-time geographic information, comprising the following steps that: a. the 3G access terminal sends base station information to a network management platform; and b. the network management platform receives the base station information from the 3G access terminal, then converts the base station information into concrete longitude and latitude, and displays the actual position of the 3G access terminal in real time on a topological graph or off-line map. The invention also discloses a system for managing a 3G access terminal based on real-time geographic information. Managed equipment can be precisely positioned through displaying the geographic position of the3G access terminal in real time by using a base station positioning technology, and the method and the device are beneficial to the real-time monitoring when the 3G access terminal is abnormally off-line or closed.
