The method of one-step synthesis of a magnetic nanocomposite based on hydroxyapatite and iron oxide using the modified stoichiometric titration method was demonstrated. The possibility of modifying the proposed method for a one-step synthesis of a magnetic nanocomposite with an attached biologically active compound (BAС) of the 2-arylaminopyrimidine series was shown. The composition, morphology, structural features, and magnetic characteristics of a nanocomposite synthesized with and without BAС were studied. The kinetics of the release of BAС in a solution simulating the environment of the stomach was studied. The resulting composite is promising for biomedical applications for targeted drug delivery.
