According to the method and the system, as a temperature difference control mode is adopted, and the opening of the electric adjusting valve is adjusted and controlled, the pipe network flow can be adjusted, the temperature can be controlled more accurately, the system can operate more stably, the purpose of heat supply balance can be achieved, and remote monitoring can be achieved. The control system is simple in structure, capable of effectively adjusting balance of the heat supply network, heat sources can be distributed reasonably, and the heat supply quality is improved.
