Aluminum alloy cable with creep-resistant and high resistance water characteristics

2012
An aluminum alloy cable with creep-resistant and high resistance water characteristics is disclosed. The aluminum alloy conductor is formed by three fan-shaped aluminum alloy filaments and a plurality of trapezoidal aluminum alloy filaments through circular pressing. A center of the aluminum alloy conductor is three 120 degree fan-shaped filaments and other aluminum alloy filaments are trapezoidal filaments. A resistance water yarn is longitudinally arranged between the each layer of aluminum alloy filaments. A layer of high pure XLPE is extruded on the conductor so as to be taken as an insulating layer. During cabling of an insulation core, a resistance water rope filling material is added and a resistance water tape is wrapped in an overlap state. An aluminum-plastic composite resistance water layer is arranged outside the resistance water tape. Finally, a layer of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant irradiation crosslinking polyolefin or other termite-proof and rat-proof sheath material is extruded so as to be taken as an outer protection layer.
