Straight-metallized hollow aluminum paper and production technology thereof

The invention relates to a straight-metallized hollow aluminum paper and a production technology thereof, belonging to the technical field of package materials, decoration materials and production technology thereof. The straight-metallized hollow aluminum paper is characterized by sequentially comprising, from top to bottom, a protective coating (1), a metalized aluminum layer (2), a hollow priming coat (3) and paper (4). According to the production technology provided by the invention, the aluminum layer with patterns/character effects being similarly hollow is obtained by using a principle that ultra-thin metal aluminum layers are deposited on surfaces with different roughness and then different reflective effects can be shown. By using a gravure process principle as well as a technology of directly metallizing aluminum under vacuum, the straight-metallized hollow aluminum paper with the hollow pattern/character effects can be produced. The production technology mainly comprises four steps of designing and making gravure rollers, coating the hollow priming coat, metallizing the aluminum layer under vacuum and coating the protective coating, and further comprises coating a back coating. The straight-metallized hollow aluminum paper with different effects can be produced according to design needs.
