Procedure for telemetry using a device from machine to machine, M2M, a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving (S200) a message descriptor system configuration, AAI-SCD, which includes information on a channel telemetry dedicated to the M2M device and a count of changes M2M parameters from a base station; and make an attempt (S210) telemetry to the base station via the dedicated telemetry channel, in which the count changes M2M parameters indicates that information on the telemetry channel dedicated AAI-SCD message has changed.
