2009
The research of the patients suffering from superficial bladder cancer against chronic retention of urine has been conducted. The control group consisted of the patients suffering from benign hyperplasia of prostate complicated by chronic retention of urine. Anilides in the morning portion of urine were found in all patients of both groups who smoke and have contacts with carcinogens. The elimination of chronic retention of urine after surgical interference diminished considerably the concentration of anilidres in the course of the postoperative period. Giving up smoking, the decrease of the contact with carcinogens, the elimination of chronic retention of urine reduce concentration of aniline, diphenyl and N,N-diethylaniline in urine. Consequently, the negative influence on urothelia decreases as well.
