Process for extracting N6-(2-ethoxyl) adenosine from Paecilomyces Cicadae Samson culture
2004
The inventin is named a method for extraction of N6-(2-hydroxyethyl) adenosine from paecilomyces cicadae culture. The invention consists of seperating and breeding new bacterial strain APC-20 of paecilomyces cicadae which is of strong livabitity, high yield of metabolically active compound and good quality from the nature; presenting a method for industrialized solid culture, fluid culture or fermentation production; then eatracting analgesic compounds contained in the said fermented product with 0.36 % of extraction rate and every significant part and providing a method for preparing polytypic species of analgesic drug; the compound has 99 % of analgesic rate examined by little white mouse-twist method. The analgesic mechanism of this compound is different from the presently used opium analgesic agent, and is of no addiction and safe, so it has a broad development and application propect.
