Обоснование концентраций алифатических хлорированных соединений и фенола в крови, обеспечивающих приемлемый уровень риска для здоровья населения

In the article, modern untraditional approaches to detection of cause-effect relations and criteria of reliability of a connection between exposition and responses have been considered. There have been used the elements of the methodology for risk evaluation and the methods of ecological epidemiology for studies of cause-effect relations. The evaluation has been given of the dependence "toxicant in blood marker of response", and the quantitative characteristic of the relations between the concentrations of the studied component and the risk of development of unfavorable effects has been determined.
