Ultraviolet-light-emitting diode (UV-LED) low-energy cured printing ink

2012
The invention relates to ultraviolet-light-emitting diode (UV-LED) low-energy cured printing ink. The UV-LED low-energy cured printing ink is prepared from the following components in part by weight: 10 to 50 parts of acrylic prepolymer, 0.4 to 1 part of polymerization inhibitor, 15 to 20 parts of photoinitiator, 15 to 20 parts of pigment, 0 to 3 parts of dispersing agent, 1 to 5 parts of wax and 5 to 30 parts of acrylic monomer; the printing ink is cured and dried through a UV-LED light source; the wave band of the UV-LED light source can be 365nm, 375nm, 385nm or 395nm; and the curing power can be 2W/CM , 3W/CM or 4W/CM . The UV-LED low-energy cured printing ink has the advantages that the printing ink is suitable for image-text printing of a planographic printing machine, a letterpress printing machine and a flexo printing machine. Compared with the common UV printing ink, the UV-LED low-energy cured printing ink has the advantages that various printing properties are consistent; the generation of ozone is avoided after the UV-LED low-energy cured printing ink is cured; the curing energy consumption is reduced substantially; and the UV-LED low-energy cured printing ink is energy-saving and environment-friendly. The invention provides quick cured printing ink for installation of the low-energy printing machine of the UV-LED light source.
