Air pollution, noise, traffic congestion, and soil degradation represents costs generated by the traffic in urban areas of out country respectively. The constant growth of mobility which has characterised the last four decades and the increasing difference between mobility assisted by collective media and private mobility, in some cities has lead to the verification of such a critical environmental level to justify the adoption of drastic measures aiming to limit the traffic.
