Temperature analysis of the molten zinc in zinc pot of continuous hot dip galvanized process

In continuous galvanizing process,the temperature of molten zinc is one of the main technical parameters,which directly influences the quality of productions.By combining research methods of the field experiment with the heat balance calculation,the heat revenue and expenditure of the induced zinc pot were studied and the factors that influence the temperature of the molten zinc were systematically analysed,such as the frequency mixing heating sensor and the temperature of strip entering zinc pot.Basic data were provided to determine the best dipping temperature and time,which has much meaning and value of improving the quality of galvanized sheet.
