Vliv temperování na termoelektrické vlastnosti Bi2O2Se

This Bachelor thesis focuses on effect of annealing temperature on thermoelectric properties of polycrystalline Bi2O2Se. Series of polycrystalline Bi2O2Se samples was prepared and annealed at 600/650/700/750/800 °C. These samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and the measurements of electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient in temperature range 300-773 K. Power factor PF was calculated from measured values.
