Selection of shape and size for chamber electrodes in commercial electroseparators

1974
1. For commercial application, it is preferable to use square or hexagonal chambers with a length of 1500 mm and an electrode spacing of 70–80 mm. 2. Fuel dehydration must be performed at temperatures no higher than 30–35°C. 3. The use of chamber electrodes can give threefold to fivefold increases in the maximal treating capacity of commercial electroseparators.
