Array substrate, display panel and display device

The invention discloses an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate, peripheral wires and a plurality of pixel structures which are located on the substrate; peripheral regions where the orthographic projection of at least one pixel structure and the peripheral wires are are provided with overlapping areas, i.e. the pixel structures extend to a covering part to cover part or all peripheral areas where all peripheral wires are; film layers where the peripheral wires are are located between the film layers where the pixel layers are and the substrate or located at one sides of the film layers where the pixel structures are back to the substrate, therefore the normal display of each pixel structure is not influenced even if the orthographic projection of each pixel structure on the substrate and each peripheral region where each peripheral wire is are overlapped with each other, therefore a display area is expanded to cover the peripheral regions where parts or all the peripheral wires are; compared with a structure that an existing display area and the peripheral regions are not overlapped, the width of a frame of the display panel can be narrowed, even no frame exists.
