The embodiments of the invention provide a service document obtaining method and providing method in a server cluster, a document server and a center server, relates to the field of cluster correlation technologies, and is applied to an occasion when a latest document of the service is checked, for solving the problem of synchronization of service and documents. The service document obtaining method in the server cluster comprises the following steps: a document server sending a request for scheduling a service list to a cluster center server; receiving a response returned by the center server, wherein the response comprises a list of service disposed on a node server in a cluster; the document server sending a request for scheduling document information to the center server; and receiving a response returned by the center server, wherein the response comprises document information of an interface of the service disposed on the node server in the cluster.
