Condroma de clivus em síndrome de maffucci com hemangioma oculto

This is a report of a Maffuccis syndrome in a teenager with a clivus chondroma and a hidden hemangioma; the many aspects of this rare desease are discussed, in despite of its description has been made more than a hundred years ago, many questions were left to be answered.
