EXISTENCE DIGITALIZATION OF VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT VILLAGE BASED INDEX DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IN DENPASAR CITY

The concept of development is no longer limited to the agricultural and infrastructure sectors, but leads to the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of the digitalization of village development planning programs based on the village index building in rural areas. The study was conducted in the Dangin Puri Kangin Village City of Denpasar, this study uses a community based research approach, data were analyzed with the Village Development Index. The digitalization of the village development planning program has been implemented in the form of M-Village with nine  dashboards. Village Index Value Building the Dangin Puri Kangin Village 0.8233, with the highest achievement is the Social Security Index (IKS), which is 0, 920 Economic Resilience Index (IKE) 0.817 and Environmental Resilience Index (IKL) 0.733. From these indicators, DesaDanginPuri is an independent village.
