Modulation of Cyclic Topology toward Enhanced Drug Delivery, from Linear and Tadpole-Like to Dumbbell-Shaped Copolymers

This paper developed an efficient strategy for the synthesis of dumbbell-shaped amphiphilic copolymers with cyclic moieties as the two bells, and disclosed the enhanced performance of dumbbell-shaped copolymers for controlled drug release because of the simultaneous introduction of two macrocycles.
