The invention provides a service data transfer method and terminal, and pertains to the field of wireless communication. The method applied to a calling terminal comprises the following steps: when a service is initiated by the calling terminal, an access point of the calling terminal itself is activated through functions of a long term evolution LTE network to acquire a first IP address; the calling terminal sends an activation request having the first IP address to a called terminal through the LTE network so as to make the called terminal can activate an access point of the called terminal itself through the functions of the LTE network to acquire a second IP address after the activation request is received by the called terminal; and the calling terminal sends data of the service to the called terminal through a connecting channel, wherein the connecting channel is established by the called terminal according to the first IP address and the second IP address. The method and terminal of the invention can be used to realize service interaction between terminals without being supported by third-party software, so the problem that the third-party software of different operators does not compatible with each other can be effectively solved.
