Pojistné podvody a řešení pojistných podvodů pojišťovnami

The bachelor thesis deals with problematics of insurance fraud and dealing with them by insurance companies. The content is a description of the operation of insurance companies in the Czech insurance market, it is also a definition of insurance fraud and its legislative framework. Part of the work is also the analysis of insurance fraud data, which is published by the Czech Association of Insurance Companies and also the analysis of data in the insurance companies Allianz and Kooperativa. The result is suggestions and recommendations for activities that insurance companies should create to prevent insurance fraud.
