Parametric Design of Complex Elastic Components

In order to reduce the development cycle of complex elastic components and improve the design efficiency, the three-dimensional parametric design of the complex elastic components is carried out by means of modern digital design. Taking the UG10.0 as the three - dimensional parametric design platform, the elastic mechanics calculation method is used to establish the mathematical expressions between the geometric dimension of the elastic components and the load that the complex elastic components sustained. The three-dimensional parametric model, which describes the relationship between the geometrical dimensions of elastic components and the conditional variables such as the whole and the load, is established by mathematical expressions. The finite element analysis and verification are carried out by using NX NASTRAN. The results show that the parametric model obtained by changing the geometric size or load parameters satisfies the actual working requirements, and the intelligent three - dimensional parametric design of the complex elastic components and components is realized.
