Antigen-induced hypersensitivity of the bronchial system and the influence of disodium cromoglycate.

Respiratory hypersensitivity to ascaris extract aerosol and the potentation of airway resistance increase caused by acetylcholine and histamine challenge produced by this allergen exposition were carried out on four dogs. The effect of disodium cromoglycate on these reactions was also studied.
