Method for preparing monodisperse near-infrared quantum dots

2010
The present invention discloses a method for preparing a near infrared monodisperse quantum dots, using diethyl dithiocarbamate as a single source of reactive precursors, through which different coordination properties and having a high boiling surfactant pyrolysis reaction mixed solution, selection and production of the target product as a silver sulfide to give good dispersibility in a polar solvent, and low toxicity properties of near-infrared light emitting quantum dots. The method of the present invention is mild reaction conditions, simple operation, good safety, reproducibility, eliminating the use of toxic conventional quantum dot caused by, for species quantum dots as fluorescent labels is applied to the field of near infrared imaging and provide biomarkers the necessary preparations.
