Содержание провоспалительных цитокинов, экспрессия тканевого фактора лейкоцитами и гемостаз у больных рожистым воспалением

Contents of IL1α, IL1β, TNFα, IL-8, leukocytes' tissue factor of peripheral blood and homeostasis were investigated in 56 patients (41 females, 15 males) with erysipelas (age 45-55 years). Erythemic and bull forms of primary disease on the low extremities were diagnosed in all patients. It was revealed that on the 3rd after onset of the disease the production of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL1α, IL1β, TNFα and chemokine IL-8 elevated. At the same time the expressing of tissue factor by monocyte of peripheral blood increased and hypercoagulability developed.
