The utility model discloses a warp knitted fabric which is composed of a first yarn layer, a second yarn layer, a third yarn layer and a bounding yarn, wherein the first yarn layer is formed by the arranging of warps in the 0 DEG direction, the second yarn layer is formed by the paving of M67 thin cloth in the 90 DEG direction, the third yarn layer is formed by the paving of chopped strand mat in the 0 DEG direction, and the bounding yarn is used for bounding and knitting the first yarn layer, the second yarn layer and the third yarn layer into an integrated whole and is arranged in the 0 DEG direction. The warps adopt high modulus warps, the number of the warps is 2400te*, the gram weight per unit area is 1120g/m , the gram weight per unit area of the M67 thin cloth in the 90 DEG direction is 67g/m , the number of the bounding yarn is 8.3te*, the number of the chopped strand mat in the 0 DEG direction is 2400te*, and the gram weight per unit area of the chopped strand mat is 50g/m , so that the weft yarns bending is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; besides, the gram weight per unit area of the fabric can be as accurate as 1250g/m ; moreover, wind power generation vanes made of the warp knitted fabric can better meet operating requirements of wind power generation equipment.
