Impact of Automation Techniques on Cost of Quality

For software companies in business of custom software development faces a high threat on quality, specifically for large enterprise & complex systems. It is very time consuming and difficult to test every feature of application whenever new changes are implemented. Testers usually work in a fire fighting mode and do not get enough time to test and execute regression testing. Cost in defect identification, fixing and verification increases after every phase of software development life cycle, which also increases de-motivation in employees.
