Disposal method of phosphorus containing solid waste

2013
The invention discloses a disposal method of phosphorus containing solid waste. The disposal method comprises the steps of firstly, mixing the phosphorus containing solid waste with calcium oxide according to the weight ratio of 3:1 to 1:2; adding a proper amount of water to react for 0.5-1.5hr; adding 5-10% of cement and 5-20% of water after cooling a mixture to normal temperature, and mixing and stirring for 0.5-1.0hr; finally, naturally maintaining the mixture for 3-10 days, and feeding into a hazardous waste safe landfill site for landfilling. The phosphorus containing solid waste can be any one of a phosphorus containing refractory brick, phosphorus containing sludge, a phosphorus containing residue and phosphorus containing asbestos putty; if the phosphorus containing solid waste is the phosphorus refractory brick, the phosphorus containing solid waste needs to be firstly crushed before being mixed with calcium oxide; intermittent agitation can be carried out in the watering reaction process of the phosphorus containing solid waste and calcium oxide, so as to supply air to facilitate reaction. By adopting the disposal method, elemental phosphorus can be converted into phosphate or metaphosphate, so that the damage of yellow phosphorus in a waste residue is removed; the leaching toxicity of the disposed waste residue accords with the standard, so that the disposed waste residue can be directly fed to a dangerous waste landfill site. The disposal method is simple in technology and strong in universality.
