The utility model relates to a high-power-supply-rejection-ratio LC-VCO (LC-Voltage Controlled Oscillator) device, which comprises a complementary cross-coupled LC-VCO and a linear voltage regulator. The output end Vout of the linear voltage regulator is connected with the common-mode end VCM of an LC resonant circuit of the complementary cross-coupled LC-VCO. Therefore, the high-power-supply-rejection-ratio LC-VCO device has the advantages that 1) the design is reasonable, the structure is simple and the device is fully practical; and 2) the power supply noise suppression capability of the output voltage of the linear voltage regulator can be adjusted through the circuit and the power supply sensitivity of the LC-VCO can be reduced.
