Hollow foam ceramic plate and making method thereof

The invention discloses a hollow foam ceramic plate and a making method thereof. Raw materials composing the hollow foam ceramic plate comprise bentonite, kaolin, clay, silicon carbide, anthracite, granite stone wastes, limestone, gypsum and iron ore. The making method of the hollow foam ceramic plate comprises the following steps: 1, crushing all the raw materials, and mixing to form a raw material mixture; 2, mixing the raw materials with water in a stirrer to prepare a wet material; 3, sending the wet material to a pug mill, and mixing to prepare a mud material; 4, sending the mud material to a vacuum extruder, molding through a die mouth, and cutting to make a wet green body; 5, drying the wet green body to make a dry green body; and 6, sending the dry green body to a calcining kiln, and calcining to make the hollow foam ceramic plate. The hollow foam ceramic plate has the advantages of easily available raw materials, easy enforcement, and reduction of the production cost and the pollution of the stone wastes to the environment by using the stone wastes as a primary raw material; and the unit weight of the hollow foam ceramic plate is lower than 0.8g/cm .
