The invention provides a macrobrachiumnipponensis larva seedling method, and relates to the macrobrachiumnipponensis cultivation technical field; when macrobrachiumnipponensis larva is hatched and ponding, the water depth is 60-80cm, soybean milk needs to be uniformly sprayed in the whole pond 2-3 times in each day after the macrobrachiumnipponensis larva is ponding, and 0.5-1kg soybean is needed per mu in each day; cooked yolk needs to be fed to the macrobrachiumnipponensis larva for 2-3 times each day and must be filtered by 100-120 mesh nylon bolting silk, and 2-3 eggs are needed per mu in each time; proper additional fertilizer needs to be applied according to color and transparency of the pond water in the seedling period, and a proper visible depth is 25cm; quicklime is thrown to the pond for 1-2 times per month, and the amount is 10-12kg per mu in each time, thus keeping pond water pH value to be at 7.5-8.5; photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) is applied in the seedling period; non-biotic artificial shrimp nests of proper quantity are arranged in the pond in a later seedling stage so as to allow the macrobrachiumnipponensis larva to inhabit and conceal; when the macrobrachiumnipponensis larva grows to 0.8-1cm, the macrobrachiumnipponensis larva can be cultivated in a lower density in different ponds, or sold. The method can promote the macrobrachiumnipponensis larva to fast grow and enhance physique, thus improving survival rate, and macrobrachiumnipponensis larva can have tidy out-ponding specifications.
