Induction Heating Bend Forming of Nickel Based Bimetal Clad Pipe and Its Properties

Bimetal clad induction heating bend pipe was formed by induction heating. The base layer of the clad bend pipe was composed of carbon steel or low alloy steel composition, and cladding was composed of nickel base alloy. Through the heat bend pipe forming experiment of hot-rolled composite and bead weld composite, the physical and chemical properties and corrosion resistance of bimetal clad pipe after heat bend forming were ensured. Through the microstructure analysis of the clad material, the microstructure changing law of the nickel-base alloy at tempering and Q &T(quenching and tempering) heat treatment was grasped.
