Forming Technology and Injection Mould Design for PP Spray Gun of Core Pulling at Three Dimensional System

In the light of the disadvantages of core pulling at three dimensional system,big (shrinkage) and difficult moulding for this product,side separate and core pulling structure for the mould were worked out by mean of comparatively analysis.As for temperature-controlling system which affected accuracy in dimension and qualily of the product,parallel cooling system was adopted,and the diameters of water holes and their locations were strictly controlled.Then good result was (obtained).The mould structure for the product is also introduced and this mould structure is used to solve the problem of long distant core pulling for four cavities in one mould at three dimensional (systems) by using tapered pin and sliding block.
